Netflix's *Rise of the Golden Idol* is set to expand its universe with the release of its first DLC, *The Sins of New Wells*, coming to mobile devices on March 4th. This exciting addition will also be available on PC and consoles, but for mobile users, it's a special treat as it's completely free through Netflix Gaming.

What’s in Store?

Prepare for an even deeper dive into mystery, crime, and the enigmatic Lemurian magic. *The Sins of New Wells* takes you to a city plagued with unprecedented issues. Homicide detective Roy Samson finds himself transferred to the notorious 9th District, a place where justice is a distant memory.

In this corrupt environment where crime is the norm, Roy, alongside his new partner Cliff Savea, begins investigating a series of brutal crimes. Their journey quickly reveals a sinister undercurrent far worse than they anticipated.

This DLC introduces four gripping new cases: *Following Orders*, *Trouble Unleashed*, *The Raid*, and *Unraveling*. Each case is a complex web of crime, deception, and mystery. Players will need to interrogate mostly dishonest characters and solve intricate puzzles to piece together the truth. Be warned, a sense of madness pervades New Wells, making your task even more challenging.

Are You a Netflix Subscriber?

If you're a Netflix subscriber, mark your calendar for March 4th. *The Sins of New Wells* will be available for mobile players at 9 AM PT or 5 PM GMT on launch day. Color Gray Games has teased that this is just the beginning, with at least four more DLCs planned for 2025.

*Rise of the Golden Idol* has already established itself as a premier modern detective game. As a Netflix subscriber, you can enjoy this game for free on the Google Play Store.

Before you go, don't miss our coverage on *Good Coffee, Great Coffee*, which offers realistic coffee-making challenges.
