Get ready, Pokemon GO trainers! Niantic has announced the exciting debut of Shroodle and its evolution, Grafaiai, during the upcoming Fashion Week: Taken Over event, starting on January 15, 2025. This event promises a thrilling experience with the introduction of these new Gen 9 Pokemon from Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. Shroodle, a Poison/Normal-type with a uniquely large head and eyes, evolves into Grafaiai, a lemur-like primate, at level 28. Both have made minor appearances in Pokemon Horizons, adding to their allure.
During the Fashion Week: Taken Over event, running from January 15 at 12 am to January 19 at 8 pm local time, you can encounter Shroodle by hatching 12 km eggs. Evolving Shroodle into Grafaiai requires 50 Shroodle Candy. The event also introduces several bonuses and features to enhance your gameplay. Team GO Rocket will appear more frequently at PokeStops and in balloons, allowing you to help Shadow Pokemon forget the Charged Attack Frustration with a Charged TM. Additionally, taking a snapshot during the event may reward you with an encounter with Croagunk in a fashionable outfit.
