Hand of Wisdom and Action is a unique glove that can drop from defeating Xesht, We That Are One, the pinnacle Breach boss in Path of Exile 2. Xesht can be encountered in the Twisted Domain, accessible through the Realmgate on the Atlas by using a Breachstone.
The Realmgate is conveniently located near the starting point on the Atlas, where players begin their mapping journey. To find it, simply click on the home icon on the Atlas to zoom in on this location.
Alternatively, HoWA can be purchased on the Path of Exile 2 official trading website, though this option can be quite costly. Even the lowest rolled HoWA can fetch multiple divines.
How to Get a Breachstone in PoE 2
There are two primary methods to obtain a 
Breachstone in PoE 2:
- Combining Breach Splinters: You can gather 300
Breach Splinters by farming Breach map nodes on the Atlas. These splinters are relatively common, but amassing 300 of them requires clearing numerous Breaches. Once you have the required amount, stack them together to craft a Breachstone. - Using the Currency Exchange: Both Breach Splinters and Breachstones can be acquired through the in-game Currency Exchange by speaking with Alva and placing an order at the current market rate. Typically, a Breachstone costs around 50-60
Exalted Orbs, though prices may vary based on market fluctuations.
The ideal rolls for a Hand of Wisdom and Action in PoE 2 include at least 4% Attack Speed per 25 Dexterity, 1-12 Lightning Damage per 10 Intelligence, and two rune Socket slots. Achieving these perfect rolls requires using a 
Vaal Orb on a HoWA.
Can You Use Orb of Chance to Get Hand of Wisdom and Action
No, you cannot use an 
Orb of Chance to obtain Hand of Wisdom and Action. This unique item is exclusively dropped by Xesht, We That Are One, and is not part of the standard loot pool, unlike items such as Astramentis, 
Headhunter, or 
Polcirkeln. Therefore, attempting to use an Orb of Chance on White Furtive Wraps will not yield a HoWA.
