While leaks suggest an imminent Switch 2 reveal, it appears the Pokemon franchise will remain on the original Switch for the time being. The focus of the presentation will likely be on Pokemon Legends: Z-A.

Despite the unannounced but confirmed existence of the Switch 2 (backward compatible with the original Switch and featuring account carryover), details remain scarce, primarily sourced from leaks suggesting a performance upgrade rather than a radical redesign.

Focus on Existing Titles and Pokemon Legends: Z-A
