Pokémon Center Hiroshima Relocation and Gyarados Plaza Launch

The Pokémon Center Hiroshima will temporarily close its doors in March 2025, reopening at a new location in April 2025. Simultaneously, a new Gyarados Plaza will debut in March 2025.
New Location for Pokémon Center Hiroshima and Gyarados-Themed Playground

The Pokémon Center Hiroshima, established in June 2015, will relocate from its current sixth-floor location in Sogo Hiroshima’s Main Building to the second floor of Ekie, the north exit of Hiroshima Station, around April 2025.

The accompanying "Gyarados Plaza by Pokémon Center Hiroshima" will open on March 24, 2025, on the rooftop of Soramoa Plaza, located within the new Hiroshima Station building, Minamoa. This playground features large Gyarados-themed play equipment. Advance reservations will be required for playground use for a limited time after its launch. Details will be announced on the official Minamoa website. Current hours of operation are 10:00 am to 7:30 pm, Monday to Sunday.
Nationwide "Poke-lun TV" Event

To celebrate "Poke-lun TV" surpassing 1 million subscribers, participating Pokémon Centers nationwide (including Hiroshima, before its closure) will host an event. Fans can receive an exclusive sticker by providing a password obtained from a specific "Poke-lun TV" YouTube video (posted December 19, 2024).

Pokémon Center Mega Tokyo, Osaka, and Okinawa will feature photo opportunities with the "Poke-lun TV" hosts (Takkun, Tokichan, Ha-chan, Tai-chan, and Riri-chan).
The event runs from January 17, 2025, to February 16, 2025. This event excludes Pokémon Stores, Pokémon Center Online, Pokémon Cafés, and Pikachu Sweets by Pokémon Café.
