A New Dynasty Warriors Game After a Long Wait
Omega Force, the studio behind the Dynasty Warriors series, is developing "Dynasty Warriors Origins," a tactical action game set during the Three Kingdoms period. This marks the first mainline Dynasty Warriors title since 2018's Dynasty Warriors 9 (excluding its 2022 expansion). Launching in 2025 for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam), the game features a "Nameless Hero" as its protagonist.

Koei Tecmo also highlighted the global releases of "Romance of the Three Kingdoms 8 Remake" (October 2024, PS4, PS5, Switch, PC), celebrating the original game's 20th anniversary, and "FAIRY TAIL 2" (Winter 2024, PS4, PS5, Switch, PC), a sequel to the 2020 RPG.
