Sonic Rumble: A Pre-Launch Party Before the Global Launch!
Remember that upcoming Sonic game, Sonic Rumble, where Sonic and friends ditch high-speed chases for Fall Guys-style chaotic fun? Following its May CBT, Sonic Rumble is now entering a phased pre-launch.
Pre-Launch Phases:
Phase 1: Currently underway in the Philippines (Android and iOS). This initial phase runs throughout the summer, after which all gameplay data will be reset.
Phase 2: Scheduled for Fall in Peru and Colombia.
Phase 3: Additional regions to be announced later.
Global Pre-Registration: Expected by the end of 2024 or early 2025. The recent success of Fall Guys likely spurred SEGA to accelerate Sonic Rumble's rollout.
Gameplay:
Sonic Rumble delivers mini-games packed with zany obstacles and challenges. Play solo or team up with friends. However, unlike the straightforward races of Fall Guys, Sonic Rumble incorporates classic Sonic villains like Dr. Eggman, adding an extra layer of unpredictable mayhem to the obstacle courses.
