Lyonchyk Sprat is found in Rookie Village (Cordon region). He'll call out to Skif near the village center. He'll initially fail to tell a joke, then ask for Skif's help in delivering one to the stalkers by the bonfire to make friends. Agreeing starts the quest.
Helping Lyonchyk Deliver a Joke
Lyonchyk instructs Skif to climb into the attic and wait for his cue. A ladder is next to the bonfire. Climb up and wait.
Several joke options are presented; each yields a different reaction. However, selecting any option results in a successful joke delivery and quest completion.
Receiving the Reward
After the interaction, approach Lyonchyk, who remains in his initial spot. He'll thank Skif and reward him with 900 coupons.
