To acquire the letter, advance through the Miri Fajta quest at the Nomads’ Camp until the Voivode reveals Marika possesses it. Participating in unarmed melee tournaments beforehand will also better prepare you for the fistfight with Tibor, who, while not exceptionally difficult, possesses superior counter-attack skills compared to common opponents.
